(Restaurant, Bar, Grocery Store, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What type of permit? (Mixed Beverage, Wine &amp; Beer, Distributor)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What type of entity will be applying? (Sole Proprietor, LLC, Etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As much info about said entity as possible (Name, FEI #, State, Date filed, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the Location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy of lease<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property owners information ( As much as possible )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distances from Schools, Churches, Daycares, and Residences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Franchise agreements if applicable <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Financials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What are your sales figures for the first year?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How much will be invested and by who? ( As much info as possible).
