A bit of background on Hernandez & Associates, We have been in the Hospitality industry helping clients apply for their Liquor permits (TABC) in Texas for over 30 years. We have worked with clients that are large corporate chains that have many locations.
Clients that have large catering contracts that would service festivals and events such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. We also enjoy working with the smaller Mom and Pop establishments that may only have 1-5 locations. Regardless of size or who your clientele is we treat all our clients with the same level of respect. You will find out that when it comes to our clients though they vary in size they are all treated the same. One thing you may find interesting is that not all our clients are Restaurants. We know that our clients may like to expand or work with other companies outside of the state. In these circumstances, we do find ourselves working in other states. Our Other Services
It may seem like Hernandez & Associates only processes Liquor permits (TABC permits) in Texas, however, we are versed in many different avenues. Depending on the type of business you have we may need to apply for permits at the Federal level. The Federal version of TABC is TTB which is the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. We are familiar with these types of permits so applying for them won’t be an issue. As mentioned above we prefer to get you as early in the application process as possible the reason being is so we can set up your Entity which we can discuss further with you when it is time to apply for the TABC permits. The type of entity we form is important because it is the foundation of your business and can determine the amount of liability you might face in the case of a lawsuit*.
We can also help you get a Sales Tax permit, if you offer Taxable goods or services you will need a Sales Tax permit. If you are needing to purchase Bonds, we can get them for you. Certain (TABC) Liquor permits will require you to obtain bonds. There are other security methods besides obtaining bonds that we can discuss with you when the time comes. We can also obtain any other type of bonds that are not related to liquor.
